Lead nurturing drip sequences, broadcast campaigns, marketing automation build, CRM integration support and student journey workflows.
Pillar 5 — Brand, ORM & Analytics
Online reputation monitoring, review strategy, brand awareness campaigns aligned to intake cycles, and unified performance reporting and dashboards.

Each included platform covers one official handle. Extra handles, video production, WhatsApp campaigns, influencer marketing, live-session promotion and SEO tools remain optional add-ons.

A four-week ramp keeps approval, setup and launch structured while allowing early optimisation from the first campaign data.

Standard terms applicable to all tiers. Subject to final negotiation and execution of a Master Service Agreement.
Contract Duration
Minimum 3-month lock-in. Rolling monthly thereafter with 30-day written notice to exit.
Payment Terms
100% retainer payable in advance by the 1st of each month. Ad spend billed at actuals — client pre-loads or reimburses within 7 days.
Onboarding Period
Week 1 to Week 3 cover discovery, setup and launch. Week 4 onwards is focused on optimisation, reporting and scale-up decisions.
Recommended Ad Spend
Excluded from all retainer fees. Suggested ranges: Rs. 30K–60K / mo (Starter), Rs. 80K–1.5L / mo (Growth), Rs. 2L–5L / mo (Scale). Client bears ad spend directly.
GST
18% GST applicable on all management fees as per prevailing rate. GST invoice raised monthly alongside the retainer invoice.
Account Ownership
All ad accounts, social pages, data, creatives and analytics access remain the sole property of Admissify Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Growtonext operates strictly as an authorised manager.
Scope Changes
Each included platform covers one official handle. Extra handles, production, tools, events or campaigns beyond package scope are billed through add-ons or a written change order.
Reporting & KPIs
Reports are delivered monthly, with weekly visibility for Growth and Scale. KPI targets are reviewed after the first full month of live campaign data.
